Who is Going to Win the NBA Finals?

With the NBA finals right around the corner, there are potentially 2 contenders for this year’s championship and this article will show people’s opinions on why they think a team is going to win and it will state the facts of what team has the best chance to win it all. The two teams in question are the Boston Celtics who have beaten their semi-final opponent 4-0 putting them in a guaranteed team in the finals. The other team that has grabbed their spot in the NBA finals is the Dallas Maverick with their win over the Timber Wolves in the semi-finals. This win over the Timber Wolves was astounding with it being a 4-1 win in the series. 

With that said, I asked some people their thoughts on who would win the finals.

This is an excellent argument because the Celtics have been a powerhouse all year long and continue to be. They showed this in the playoff by sweeping the Indiana Pacers 4-0 who was an excellent team all year long and continued to be through the playoffs until they reached the semi-finals where they hit the brick wall of a Celtics team that caused them to crumble with injuries and bad shot selections.

This is one of the worst takes ever, he made this take as the Timberwolves were losing the series 3-1 and they were already on the edge of losing the series and he still said this. The Mavericks were up 3-0 in this series and in the NBA there has never been a team to win a series from down 3-0 Zach still took the Timberwolves and it was a terrible pick.

Out of the final two teams left in the NBA playoff, the team with the best chance to win the NBA finals is the Boston Celtics. They have too much firepower when it comes to Jason Tatum who is arguably the best player in basketball and paired with him is Jalen Brown a lethal 3-point shooter who can create a bucket in the paint if needed. They are overall the best team in the NBA with the most well-rounded starting 5 and bench. There is plenty of evidence showing this as well, they are the second-best in points scored meaning they will be able to keep up with the scoring of the Dallas Mavericks offense. The Celtics also create big miss matches with their tall guards who can dribble and shoot. These miss matches are created by Jason Tatum, a tall guard who can create space, and Jalen Brown, another tall guard with great perimeter shooting. These are the stars of this Celtics roster and are surrounded by good role players who play defense efficiently. With this all said I don’t think that Luka and this Mavericks team can hold up with the firepower of this high-energy Celtics team.

With all of the previous opinions stated the NBA finals should be a great contest and should not fall short in any fashion.
